My order says delivered but I don't have itUpdated 5 days ago

If your order is marked as delivered but you are certain it has not been delivered.

1. First thing is to see if you can access an image of where it has been delivered to. Some carriers will provide a picture on the tracking page or delivery confirmation email notification.

2. Check with neighbours to make sure it hasn't been mis-delivered. It happens more than you think.

3. Reach out to our customer service team via live chat or [email protected] and we will lodge a ticket with the carrier on our end to see if they can confirm where it was delivered.
