My discount code is not working?Updated 3 days ago
You may have been provided with a discount code, either directly from Dimple Color, or from a content partner we are working with.
Please note all of discount codes come with certain conditions for use.
Conditions
Usually this includes:
- A validity period - meaning it may expire
- Usage limitations - meaning it can only be used once per person or once overall
- Stacking preventions - meaning it cannot be used with other discount codes or on products already reduced
- Minimum requirements - meaning a basket size minimum such as $150 or similar
Occasionally, there may also be a restriction whereby the code is locked to a specific customers email address only and if you are not that customer, the discount code is ineligible to you.
However you were issued the code, it is always best to check that your cart meets the exact combination of conditions listed for that discount code to work.
Other Things to Check
All our discount codes are not case sensitive but they must be correct. Eg if it includes an uppercase i, that is different to a lower case L. For this reason it is always best to copy/paste the code from where you have received the discount code. That ensures you enter it exactly correctly during checkout.
