I haven't received my order confirmation?Updated 5 days ago
After placing an order you should receive your order confirmation almost immediately. If you haven't received one, it's possible you accidentally entered the wrong email address during checkout.
First step would be to double check you didn't just use a different email than expected, such as a work email. It happens to us all.
If you can't find your confirmation anywhere but can see a charge on your card, please reach out to our customer service team via live chat or [email protected] with the below:

2. Rough date and time of your order
3. Amount charged to your payment method
4. Country shipping to
We can then track down your order and re-send your confirmation email.
