Can I change or cancel my order?Updated 9 days ago

Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day, weekend orders are processed each Monday. 
If your order has not been shipped yet there may still be time to change or cancel your order. 
Please note: If your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

To edit or cancel your order, please refer to your Order Confirmation email. Inside you will find a button that takes you directly to your Order Status page from which you can make changes to your order including cancelling it, changing lens powers, changing lens colour, adding new items, removing items, updating contact and/or shipping information.

IMPORTANT: You only have ONE HOUR from the time you place your order to process a change or cancellation yourself. After this, your order is with our warehouse team and these self-service options are no longer possible.

If you no longer have access to the self-serve options mentioned above, please reach out to our customer service team via live chat or [email protected] ASAP. If we can catch your order before it is dispatched we will however, there are no guarantees.
